The Bible is Complete

The Bible is complete, and no more scripture can be added to it. NOTHING more must be added or removed from the Bible. It is a FINISHED work. The writings of Paul introduce a brand new gospel and body of doctrine for the Grace Dispensation. This grace doctrine that Paul wrote, is the last 'new' revelations that God provided humanity by the inspiration of the Holy Spirit and pertain to how humanity is to live in the time of His grace. These epistles completed the writings that make up scripture. Even though other books, like the book of Revelation, may have been written later than Paul's epistles, the content of these books, do not add anything 'new' to God's revealed truth, but only expounds on information that had previously been prophesied. In the scriptures below, Paul clearly says that his writings about the dispensation of grace f

OBS: ACTS, The Transition (Part 1) The focus is not so much on studying Acts, as it is on using the book to teach us about dispensation truths. "ACTS, The Transition" is a Bible Study that we are studying via our Online Bible Study . This article is a basic study outline of the material we are covering, week by week . The Word of God is God's Words The very words we read in the Bible, were put there, not by the creativity of man, not by his interpretation of spiritual things, and not by his wisdom, but by the very direction and purpose of God Himself. Luke 1:3 It seemed good to me also, having had perfect understanding of all things from the very first [beginning at John's birth] , to write unto thee in order, most excellent Theophilus, 4 that you may know the certainty [be 100% sure] of those things in which you were instructed.   We cannot know for sure who Theophilus was, as the Bible does not clarify this, except to say that based on the designation Luke uses, he was probably an important and noble man. However, we can know what Luke's intentions for writing were. His st

Q-A: The Bible - Why isn't all Scripture written TO You?

Q-A: The Bible - Why isn't all Scripture written TO You? I often use the phrase, "All Scripture is written FOR you, but not all Scripture is written TO you" , and this generally provokes a response of astonishment, if not a stronger aversion from the person. It does not however surprise me as there are not many who understand the Word rightly divided. So, lets delve into this phrase and explain it clearly and concisely. Think of a post office and a wall of mailboxes. If you had to pry open one of those mailboxes and read the mail from that box, you could learn something from the content of the mail, but it does not necessarily apply to you. For example, you could learn of an allergy that the mailbox owner has and even what medication to use from the doctors letter in that mailbox, but it would be incorrect (and possibly even detrimental) to dose yourself up on the medication prescribed to someone else. In the same way, the bible is a book written oven a
